Qu’est-ce qu’une entreprise formatrice ?
Dans le système dual de formation professionnelle, la formation à la pratique professionnelle se déroule dans l’entreprise formatrice, où les apprentis acquièrent les compétences pratiques du métier.
Dans la formation professionnelle initiale, l’entreprise formatrice assume la responsabilité globale. Les apprenants y acquièrent toutes les compétences pratiques nécessaires, approfondissent les connaissances acquises à l’école professionnelle et dans les cours interentreprises (CI) et apprennent à les appliquer comme correctement.
Les entreprises formatrices pour les tailleurs/tailleuses de pierre CFC sont :
- les entreprises d’exploitation de carrières
- les transformateurs de pierre naturelle
- les usines de pierre naturelle
- les entreprises de sculpture et de taille de pierre
- ainsi que les entreprises spécialisées dans les travaux de rénovation et de construction en pierre naturelle.
